Areas We Serve

For Estimates

Remove any obstructions around existing equipment: This includes making sure the estimator has a clear path to & from all indoor equipment locations as well as air vents & areas where ductwork is present, removing vehicles & other objects blocking the path to & from outdoor equipment, & removing anything in the installation areas that may cause hazards for the estimator. Also, please clean out any closets which house access doors to the attic, equipment, breaker boxes, etc.

Make sure that all pets are in a secured location: Our pets are part of our family which is why we ask that they be secured in a non-equipment area. We do not want to run the risk of a pet unintentionally gaining access to the outdoors, being accidentally injured, or becoming aggressive & injuring our estimator as some animals are very protective of their homes.

For Installation of New Equipment

Remove any obstructions around existing equipment: This includes making sure the technicians have a clear path to & from all indoor equipment locations as well as air vents & areas where ductwork is present, removing vehicles & other objects blocking the path to & from outdoor equipment & installation area, & removing anything in the installation areas that may cause hazards for the installation crew. Also, please clean out any closets which house access doors to the attic, equipment, breaker boxes, etc.

Remove any valuable items in or around the installation area: Our technicians are the best at what they do & they will take the utmost care with your home & belongings, but it is always better to be safe than sorry & removing items of value will decrease any chances of accidental damage occurring during the installation process.

If you plan on leaving your home before/during: We only employ honest, respectable, TRUSTWORTHY employees. If you want/need to leave during your service for any reason you can rest easy knowing that your home is in good hands. If you are leaving before we arrive, just leave clear instructions with our office before your appointment date on how we will be able to gain access to the property, as well as your contact details.
