Join Our Team – We’re Hiring in Wytheville, VA
Wythe Home Services believes in education along with on-the-job training experience in order to allow our employees to become the best they can be. We participate in the state-registered apprenticeship program in the following trades: HVAC, Electrician, Plumber, and Gas Fitter. We provide on the job training combined with classroom instruction to prepare our employees for the skills necessary to receive their Journeyman tradesman license and hopefully on to their Master tradesman license.
We also provide tuition assistance for job related classes, opportunities for employees to attend training sponsored by manufacturer’s, and state mandated continuing education for those who hold a tradesman license.
Our employees are like family, the majority have been with us for over 15 years and we trust that our new employees will make Wythe Home Services home as well.

HVAC Service Technician
About this Role:
As an HVAC Service Technician for Wythe Home Services you are joining a family atmosphere, with team members who appreciate the opportunity to take care of their community. This position will consist of but not be limited to work focused on locating and diagnosing maintenance issues on HVAC equipment, Warranty Services and Emergency Repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers and homeowners respectfully, providing them with exceptional service.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty work.
- Diagnosing HVAC units and systems for issues and providing the customer with some solutions.
- Improving air quality through routine maintenance on systems, cleaning ducts and adjusting vents.
- Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and properly drains.
- Perform emergency services efficiently and quickly, giving the customer the best experience while having compassion for their emergency.
- Complete work order documentation fully and thoroughly in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the service truck.
- Ensuring the customer’s systems meet state/federal HVAC code.
Customer Service Representative
About this Role:
As a Customer Service Rep. (CSR) for Wythe Home Services you are joining a family atmosphere, with team members who appreciate the opportunity to take care of their community. This position will consist of but not be limited to work focused on providing Wythe’s customers with best possible service in a time of need. You will be the frontline and first voice our customers hear on our team, taking phone calls and requests for assistance with home service needs.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers and homeowners respectfully, providing them with exceptional service.
- As a CSR you will be in constant contact with our customers, technicians and vendors, with continued opportunity to exhibit our company’s values.
- Handle various customer inquiries/requests accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize ServiceTitan software effectively to get customers booked appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of customer detail into ServiceTitan (name, address, phone number, etc.) on call.
- Proactively communicate to the team with any emergency calls, customer concerns or updates to a booked job.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by the direct supervisor in the company.
Warehouse Manager
About this Role:
This job will require you to help the team stay on track with jobs as it relates to stocked parts and ordering any of the materials needed to complete the job. You will be an integral part of the team in ensuring the success and efficiency of the company each and every day.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
- Parts logging, restocking and reordering
- Staging materials for the the technicians
- Assist the other management staff in designing and implementing new ways to be more efficient and effective
- Helping develop systems and document progress within the current warehouse operations
